It's one of their "Economy" skillet lines using the Miami (they were in Miami Co., OH) diamond logo. Restored and seasoned three times with organic beef tallow, it is ready to go the minute you get it home! With each use, your cooking surface will continue to look better as the piece will build up a glass like surface. Sits flat and no spin on a glass cook top
