Nose: Lots of fruit on the nose with a wonderful mixture of grapefruit peel

Dornoch 2017 3 Year Old Single Cask #001 Thompson Bros Inaugural Release 50cl 59.4% Year_1988 recently polished with beeswaxDistilled at the Dornoch distillery in the Highlands of Scotland, this is the distilleries inaugural release. This expression was laid down in the summer of 2017 in a single first fill ex Oloroso sherry but and has spent just over three years in the cask. There were just 893 individually numbered bottles produced which were bottled in November 2020 at a strength of 59. 4% abv.
